This means all of our employees have a full understanding of how our certifications serve our customers and CK Plastics to ensure the best possible product, traceability, and provide continuous improvements in every department.

- Detail Quality Plan written with customer input including IPI’s and Final Inspection
- A comprehensive quality manual
- Statistical process control
- Measurement consistency rationalized between Customer and CK utilizing DOE and Gage R&R tools
- Use of SQCpack for measurement and lot data in addition to running capability calculations
- Lean manufacturing
