Our in-house tool shop, complete with EDM and 3-axis CNC machining capability, allows us to have complete control of the design and manufacturing of the tooling needed to produce the highest quality plastics products.  All of our tooling is designed for extremely long life.  However, when repairs are needed our in-house tool shop can usually complete the repairs immediately, allowing us to resume production and meet your delivery requirements.  Having our own tooling capabilities allows us to offer our customers very competitively priced products with a quick turnaround.  We also have long-term relationships with a wide variety of first-class tool shops that can handle any tooling requirements that might exceed our capacity.
